All of our books are sent free, on request, to prisoners to help them on their spiritual journey. The books are available to the public at the prices shown inclusive of UK postage and packing to enable us to further our work with prisoners.


'Yoga Without Words' book

NEW summer 2008Yoga Without Words by Sandy Chubb with illustrations by Korky Paul. This book is specially produced for inmates from abroad who do not read English and British inmates who do not read. The book is a colourful, pictorial story of how to rise above the misery of prison life by concentrating on the breath and using it with yoga postures, in relaxation and in seated meditation.
