Over 9000 prisoners, prison staff and friends receive our newsletter each quarter.

Its packed with letters and articles by prisoners, advice from experienced yoga and meditation practitioners and our signature quirky design.

Prisoners tell us that the experiences of other inmates they read about in the newsletters give them hope, help them feel less isolated and encourage them to ask for help in getting started with a practice themselves.

Yoga and meditation in a prison cell
After doing a session of yoga with pranayma I have felt refreshed, a happy feeling inside myself and a feeling of contentment that Id done something good for myself, instead of just laying on my bed, being bored and thinking of sad things.
